1. Q: How do I start my free online store?
   A: You can start here
2. Q: I already a member but I don't know where to create my free online store?
   A: You can create your store in the "My Store" menu, it's always located on the top-right of the page.
3. Q: How can I preview my store?
   A: You can click the "Visit Store" button from "My Store" menu.
4. Q: I already have my store running, how do I change my store design?
   A: You can change your store design/template from the store preview page (see #3 on how to preview your store). Click "Choose theme" on the store preview page. It's on the left-top of the page.
5. Q: What if I want to change only the header design to fit my store name.
   A: You can upload your own header by clicking the "Upload Header" menu on your store preview page.
6. Q: Can I hide the "Add to Cart" button? I want the customer to contact me directly.
   A: Yes you can hide the "Add to Cart" button by modifying the CSS. Click "Customize CSS" on the store preview page. Please consult your webmaster or email our staff.
7. Q: Can I modify more than just the header? The store layout suits me but I want to change the overall graphics and color.
   A: Yes, we love creative tenants, you can modify the CSS to change the overall look of your online store.
8. Q: I can't find any theme that suits my business.
   A: Please email us to recommend a theme/layout. We are planning to provide more than 100 themes for our tenants.
9. Q: I'm previewing my store, but there's no customize menus on the top of my store.
   A: You need to sign in to be able to manage your store.
10. Q: The pages and menus differs on some themes?
    A: Yes, we rename it and select which suits better for the theme.
